LI Tin Wai, Leanne has completed her Bachelor of Music (Honours) Degree programme (major in harp) in the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts, under the tutelage of Ms Ann Huang and Ms Barbara Sze Ying Lam.
Leanne has obtained LTCL & ATCL in Harp performance, and ABRSM Grade 8 in Harp (with Distinction), Piano and Music Theory. She was honored the Best Musician Award in 2018, and the ABRSM Scholarship in 2018-22. Leanne has participated in competitions, and was awarded the Gold Award in International Ponte Music Festival Concerto Competition in 2022, and the Champion in the 2010 Inter-school International Performance Challenge, Harp (Intermediate Level).
Leanne has rich performance experiences in different events, such as The 13th World Harp Congress and Harp Marathon, TVB and radio shows, the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers annual dinner, the Hong Kong University, festival events and weddings in hotel and malls etc. She has also participated in master classes and workshops by Ms Moya Wright, Ms Kyo-Jin Lee, Dr Carol McLaughlin, Ms Jung Kwak, Mr Yusuke Yamazaki and more.
With the enthusiasm in harp, Leanne was invited back to home school for harp music sharing classes. She is passionate in spreading harp music, including volunteer works in the SAHK and hospitals etc. She has awarded the Best Teacher Award in 2021, and is currently coaching in schools and studios with more than 5 years of harp teaching experience.
